Photograph the Vehicle Together
Before you drive off (and again at return), take a few photos of the exterior, interior, and odometer with the owner present — it’s the simplest way to avoid disputes later.
Agree on Fuel Level & Deposit Upfront
Settle the fuel-level expectation and the exact security deposit amount before handover, not after — both sides should be clear on the number and how it gets returned.

Search for a vehicle by city and type, open a listing you like, and message or call the owner directly through the page. You agree on price, dates, and pickup details together — there’s no automatic "buy now" checkout yet.
It’s a manual review by our team, so it isn’t instant — but most licences are reviewed quickly once submitted from your profile. You’ll see your KYC status update to Verified once it’s approved.
Our team checks the document and either approves your account or lets you know if something needs to be resubmitted, along with the reason if it’s rejected.
Every listing has Chat and Call options. Use them to ask about availability, condition, or anything else before you commit — there’s no fee or waiting period to reach out.
Booking requests automatically expire after 2 hours if the owner doesn’t accept or decline, so you’re never left waiting indefinitely — you’re free to try another listing.

Yes, you can withdraw a request you’ve sent, and owners can decline a request they can’t fulfil — just message the other side directly if plans change.
